All projects need smooth communications to succeed.  Big projects usually have well defined communication plans that specify when, what, how, and to whom to communicate with until project completion.  In many multinational projects they also define the use of interpreters for meetings and discussions, and translators to create multi-language deliverables.  These plans are all good but cannot fully address the real day-to-day communication challenges when team members have different level of language proficiencies. From experience in many multinational projects our founder Mr. Michael Cheng realized that it is not realistic to expect all project members to be highly proficient in the project language.   Communication problems are common and frustrating. They can result in many reworks.  He has created a mission to help multinational projects avoid communications pitfalls in order not to negatively impact the expected project quality.  See some of our tips and contact us to discuss how we may assist you.

Our Team
Michael Cheng, Founder

Michael has managed both business systems operations and large projects in several global and start-up companies.  He has lived in several countries and worked with professionals from more than a dozen countries.  Almost in all projects he experienced communications pitfalls from differences in languages or ‘way of working’.  Avoiding these problems has become second nature to him.   He is a believer that each multinational project requires ‘added value’ members like him who can anticipate communications failures and avoid project frustrations.   Meeting the expected project quality is always his top priority.
